Senior Associate - Workers Compensation

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate attorney in King of Prussia, PA. The role involves handling complex litigation matters across various practice areas, managing cases from inception through resolution, and representing clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions. Duties Defend and advocate for clients in General Liability, Commercial Litigation, and other areas. Conduct file reviews and legal analysis of claims and causes of action. Perform extensive legal research and draft substantial briefs and pleadings. Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions regularly. Draft and respond to discovery requests. Retain and collaborate with expert witnesses. Prepare for and attend trials, with some travel required. Manage deadlines and assignments independently. Requirements 3+ years' experience in Civil Litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. J.D. degree from an ABA‑approved law school. Admitted to practice in this state; other states a plus. Strong work ethic and ability to self‑manage and work in a team. Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent client skills and telephone manner. Experience in negotiations and mediations. Solid research abilities and communication skills. Courtroom experience and a desire to grow as a trial attorney. Education J.D. degree from an ABA‑approved law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in this state. Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines and assignments independently. Experience in courtroom settings.
