We believe in investing in our employees with excellent benefits, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.What You'll Work OnYou'll service and maintain a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including:Packaged rooftop unitsSplit systemsHeat pumpsCommercial refrigeration equipmentVAV systemsVRF systemsControls and other commercial HVAC equipmentNo residential work.Our customers include:Manufacturing facilitiesDistribution centersCold storageHealthcarePharmaceuticalGovernmentEducational facilitiesJob ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment.Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.Complete electronic service documentation.Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers.Maintain a professional, safety-focused attitude while representing BlueHat Mechanical.Qualifications6+ years of commercial HVAC service, repair, and maintenance experienceEPA Universal CertificationExperience with BAS controls, VRF systems, chillers, boilers, and commercial refrigeration is a plusValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50 lbs. and climb laddersAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkCompensation & Benefits$30–$50 per hour (based on experience)$1,000+ Signing Bonus*Opportunities for overtimeHealth insurance with $0 employee premiumsCompany-paid 3% 401(k) contributionCompany vehicle (new service vans)Dispatch from homePaid vacationOn-call rotation approximately 4 times per year$600 annual tool allowance$300 annual pants allowance$100 annual boot allowanceOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesExcellent opportunities for career growthProfessional, team-oriented work environmentIf you're looking for a long-term career with a company that values quality workmanship, supports your growth, and provides the tools you need to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.*Signing bonus starts at $1,000 and may be higher based on experience.
