We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative outpatient setting, is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, and is committed to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized outpatient physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate communication and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience or strong interest in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Schedule

• Full-Time Preferred
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends or on-call requirements

Patient Population

• Outpatient Orthopedic (Primary)
• Vestibular Rehabilitation
• Neurological Rehabilitation
• Chronic Pain Management
• High School Athletes through Adult and Geriatric Patients

Interview Process

• Initial phone interview with ownership.
• Team interview with clinic staff.
• Same-day feedback whenever possible.
