This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. Pay & Schedule Details Schedule: 70 hours per week, 2 weeks out, 3 days home time Pay: $0.62 per mile, increasing based on experience Per diem: $35 per night Tarp pay: $50 per tarp Detention and breakdown pay: $25 per hour after the first hour and a half Job Details Route Type: OTR to Midwest Freight / Load Type: Roofing and construction materials Equipment: New Mack Anthem, Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmissions Handling: Tarping and strapping Key Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations Meet the physical demands of the role Minimum Requirements License: CDL A Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience (recent graduates accepted) Endorsements: None required Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Referral program Why Work With TransForce?
