Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: OR - Operating Room \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: ASAP \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n Job Summary: \n - Role: Operating Room Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract) \n - Location: UnityPoint Health – Iowa Methodist Medical Center (and Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist campuses), Des Moines, Iowa \n - Experience Required: \n - 24 months recent hospital/medical center operating room experience \n - Circulating and operating room experience required \n - Scrub experience highly preferred \n - Experience with General, DaVinci Robotics, Pediatrics, Trauma cases required \n - Additional experience with Neuro, Ortho (trauma), GYN, Urology, Transplants, Plastics, ENT, Vascular cases highly preferred \n - Trauma Level II experience required; Level I highly preferred \n - Previous travel assignment within the last 15 months required (no first-time travelers) \n - Licensure/Certifications: \n - Active Iowa or Compact RN license required at submission \n - BLS (AHA) required \n - EMR: EPIC (recent experience within last 3 years required) \n Med Ninjas Job ID 4832. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
