Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified LPN or RN to join our team in a non-skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to our residents and help ensure a comfortable and safe living environment.

Schedule

This position requires a 12-hour night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a rotating schedule of 36 to 48 hours per week. Every other weekend (EOW) is required.

Responsibilities

Provide daily nursing care to residents in a safe and respectful manner.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the care team.
Assist with daily activities of living and personal care.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting preferred.
