Sales Management Trainee
We are looking for highly motivated individuals looking for growth and experience with a top rated team! As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales management. This program will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop your leadership abilities within our sales team. This position is an entry level management position, with the ability to advance into senior leadership quickly.
Duties
- Ability to acquire new clients using our proven methods.
- Service of existing client base.
- Development of new representatives.
- Monitoring daily activity of team.
- Reports on field activity.
- Weekly recruitment.
- New hire assessment.
Prerequisites
- Strong customer service skills.
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred not required)
- Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Ability to pass a background check.
