School - Full Time Speech Language Pathologist - SLP Job

Job Description Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. A school in the Avalon, FLarea is seeking a mitted Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team for the uping Extended School Year (ESY) and Non-School Year (NSY) programs. The selected therapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing occupational therapy-related disorders and designing tailored treatment plans. Additionally, the therapist will work closely with families and caregivers to provide education and training on managing these disorders. The exact caseload will be determined. The director is currently accepting applications and arranging interviews for this position. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and diagnose munication disorders. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for students. Provide supervision and guidance to SLPA as needed. Educate students, families, and caregivers on speech disorders and treatment strategies. Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatments, and progress. Experience: Previous experience as an SLP or SLPA is required. Experience providing supervision to SLPA is preferred. Education: Must have a masters degree in Speech Language Pathology (for SLP). SLPA candidates must meet state requirements for licensure. Full accreditation (CCC) preferred for SLP.
