Office Assistant 1 - HOURLY (McPike ATC)

Duties Provide clerical support to the Addiction Treatment Centers (ATCs). Responsibilities include filing, setting up and maintaining filing systems, answering and directing telephone calls, receiving, opening, reviewing and distributing all incoming mail, preparing correspondence and other documents, drafting responses and routine letters and memoranda, maintaining calendars, copying, scanning and faxing documents, maintaining equipment, and performing other job-related duties as required. Use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is expected. Qualifications No minimum education or experience requirements for this title. Preferred qualifications: strong computer, communication, and organizational skills. Background Investigation Requirements Prospective appointees will be screened against the Staff Exclusion List, Criminal Background Check (including state and federal criminal history record checks), and the Statewide Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment.
