Evening Custodian — $50 Sign-On Bonus

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time General Cleaner to maintain a 4,500–5,000 sq ft facility to high cleanliness standards. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 5 PM–9 PM, at $15.75 per hour, with a $50 sign-on bonus. Duties include cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, stocking supplies, and following safety and infection control practices.
