Registered Nurse - Home HealthPride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Albuquerque, NM.Job Details: Schedule: Full-Time | 8 Hours Per Day (40 Hours Per Week) Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109 Float / Coverage Area: Local Travel Required Job Type: Local Contract Contract Length: 14 Weeks Pay Range: $50.00 to $55.00/hour* Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable): $0.50/ mile *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Perform comprehensive home health assessments in both routine and emergent situations to identify physical, psychosocial, environmental, spiritual, and cultural patient needs.Develop, implement, revise, and evaluate individualized Plans of Care (POC) based on patient needs and physician orders.Complete Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Recertification, Discharge, and OASIS assessments.Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, home health aides, caregivers, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals.Deliver skilled nursing interventions including wound care, venipuncture, IV therapy, catheter care, medication administration, respiratory treatments, and disease management.Assess and manage pain using appropriate pain management techniques while educating patients and families regarding symptom control.Requirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of New Mexico.Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma Program.Minimum 1-2 years of RN clinical experience.Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience.Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required.OASIS assessment experience required.For workers in the United States, PrideGlobal and its affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.PrideGlobal and its affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
