Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines. $25, 000 Sign on Bonus and $3,000 Relocation (Eligibility requirement apply) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Computer proficiency [Required] Perioperative Nursing [Required] Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge, and skills [Required] Previous experience and working knowledge of computerized documentation [Required] Ability to stand for long periods of time [Required] Ability to consistently demonstrate clear communication skills and strong anticipatory skills [Required] Manual dexterity, lifting, pulling, pushing of equipment, heavy instrument sets, and patients [Required] Basic RN Nursing skills [Required] Circulating skills [Required] Scrub skills [Required] Fluent in English language, speaking, reading, writing [Required] Ability to prepare surgical suites with appropriate instruments, resources, and supplies based on surgeon preference cards [Required] Knowledge of instruments, supplies, and equipment utilized for surgical procedures [Required] Understanding of the procedures being performed and ability to anticipate the needs of the surgeon [Required] Strong physician/surgeon relationship skills and team mentality [Required] Up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulatory, compliance, and accreditation standards and requirements [Required] Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with patients and their family, hospital staff, nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals [Required] Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required] Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking, and comprehending English effectively to carry out job requirements [Required] Cognitive, psychomotor, and affective behaviors that demonstrate accountability and responsibility for identifying and meeting the needs of peri-operative patients [Required] Education: Associate's of Nursing [Required] Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred] Work Experience: 1+ of general nursing experience in an acute care setting.
