About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious individual to join a leading company in the heavy industrial sector. In this role, you will contribute to delivering safe, efficient, and reliable equipment operations to customers, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and assisting field and maintenance crews with equipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure individual and crew work safety.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Class A CDL with no restrictions.
• Open to any experience level, including newly licensed CDL drivers.
• Must be reliable, punctual, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong ability to follow direction.
• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in heavy industrial operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Salary & Benefits (Optional)

• Pay Rate: Based on experience/EO level.
• Bonus eligible role.
• Per Diem: Yes.
• Mileage: Yes, up to 300 miles each way (600 round-trip).
• Airfare: Provided when driving is not practical.
• Housing: Man camp lodging provided while in Midland.
• Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off.
