Location: St. Joseph, MO
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a local company's team!
This position focuses on a few important HR administrative responsibilities, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with employees, keeping accurate records, and helping daily operations run smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Tracking employee time and attendance.
Monitoring attendance records for accuracy.
Handling and processing employee PTO (Paid Time Off) requests.
Maintaining organized and confidential employee records.
Communicating professionally with employees and management regarding attendance and PTO.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel between two company locations as needed.
Availability to work 2nd shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required.
