Job Details Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Post-Closing Coordinator Successful and leading title insurance agency is seeking an experienced Post-Closing Coordinator to join our team. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal & written), great organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Review closing documents for accuracy. Send funding documents to lenders for funding authorization. Maintain strong attention to detail. Demonstrate good communication skills. Multitask effectively. Qualifications Minimum of 2–4 years of post‑closing experience. Background in National Recordings (both residential and commercial). Knowledge of SoftPro. Great time‑management skills. Outstanding work ethic. Ability to work in both team‑oriented and self‑directed environments. Detail‑oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information. High level of accountability. Customerservice oriented. Creative problem‑solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Salary and Benefits Job Type: Full‑time The annual base salary for this position is $50,000–$60,000.
