Overview Part-Time Infectious Disease Physician Position in Victoria, TX with National Wound Physician Group Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance. No Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical Responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network. Deliver wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship to develop clinical expertise. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Perform clinical documentation at the point of care during rounds using the proprietary wound-specific EMR. Coordinate care in a mobile practice, visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius and seeing multiple facilities per day. Maintain 20–30 patient visits per day as part of the workflow. Requirements Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Practice Overview Full-time work: Monday – Friday (7am–4pm) or part-time available. No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. This is a mobile practice; physicians visit facilities in a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4–5 days per week. Number of facilities visited: 2–3 per day; patient load of approximately 20–30 per day. Clinical documentation is performed in real-time during rounds using the proprietary wound-focused EMR.
