1st Shift Welder – Weekly Pay – Start ASAP

Location: Tea, SD

Pay: $24-28/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday 6:00am-3:30pm

Who We Are

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques (emphasis on MIG), a strong understanding of metal fabrication, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. This role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products and projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and weld parts using MIG welding
• Use hand tools such as grinders, air, and power tools
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints
• Perform quality checks to ensure high standards
• Maintain a clean work area
• Keep up with production demands while working safely

Skills/Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification or welding school preferred
• Minimum 1 year of welding experience (vocational school counts)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and prolonged standing

This is a Contract position based out of LENNOX, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
