The ideal candidate is a licensed cosmetologist or barber with a passion for leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily salon operations, coaching and developing team members, and helping create a positive, welcoming environment for both clients and employees. You’ll partner closely with the Salon Manager to drive team success, strengthen salon culture, and achieve revenue goals.
