Quality Assurance: Act as a final set of eyes, inspecting repairs through our mandatory Phase 4 Quality Check process to ensure they meet our strict standards for safety and reliability. Strategic Procurement: Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to keep costs controlled while ensuring zero downtime for technicians. Hands-On Support: Assist technicians directly with diagnostics and repairs when a job needs an extra set of skilled hands to keep the shop moving. Workflow Mastery: Manage all parts check-ins, documentation, and core tracking through Tekmetric, our advanced shop management software.
