• Fri–Sun Day Shift — 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Mon–Thurs Day Shift — 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fri–Sun Night Shift — 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Mon–Thurs Night Shift — 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM

Payrate: $15.50

You will support Janitorial Services by managing recycling flow, operating industrial equipment, and maintaining cleanliness throughout a large distribution or fulfillment center. This role is responsible for breaking down and processing corrugate, transporting recycling using PIT equipment, and operating balers, augers, and compactors to ensure efficient waste management. The Corrugate Tech also assists the janitorial team with sweeping, emptying trash and wood bins, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Candidates must be flexible, safety‐focused, and able to work independently while supporting overall facility operations. A minimum of 3 months of warehouse, janitorial, or recycling experience is preferred.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Corrugate Processing — Break down, sort, and recycle cardboard in assigned zones
• PIT Transport — Safely operate PIT equipment to move corrugate, recycling, and waste between designated areas
• Equipment Operation — Operate balers, augers, and trash compactors; monitor equipment performance and report issues
• Waste Management — Empty trash, wood bins, and recycling containers throughout the facility
• Facility Cleaning — Sweep floors, remove debris, and support janitorial staff with general cleaning duties
• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and equipment procedures
• Task Flexibility — Assist with additional duties assigned by leadership or site management

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of warehouse, janitorial, recycling, or material‐handling experience
• PIT experience preferred (training may be available depending on site)
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning or recycling equipment is a plus

Dress Code & Safety Standards

• Hair secured above shoulder level
• No shorts
• No leggings
• Must follow PPE guidelines (gloves, safety vest, steel‐toe shoes, etc.)
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance consistent with ABM standards
