Senior Product Engineer

Location: Mount Juliet, TN (Onsite) Job Type: Full-Time

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in 3D CAD design, with a preference for Solid Edge.
Experience with VBA programming.
Syteline or BAAN
Strong mechanical aptitude and a scientific, systematic approach to problem-solving.
Basic understanding of electrical concepts.

Required Skills, and Experience:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
3 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Design and Development:
Translate customer requirements into innovative product designs.
Engage in new product development, including component design, selection, fabrication, and testing.
Create detailed documentation for new designs, including 3D models, drawings, bills of material, and other technical information.

Production and Sales Support:
Address day-to-day technical needs for production and sales teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues on the floor.
Assist sales and technical services by providing clear and accurate answers to technical questions.

Prototyping:
Operate and manage a lab for prototyping, reliability testing, and research related to our products.
