Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Lead and support a team of fewer than 10 employees
- Utilize POS systems and scheduling software to optimize business processes
- Maintain high customer service standards and respond to customer needs
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed
- Implement company policies and procedures with attention to quality and safety
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage labor costs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or retail environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in operations management and staff leadership
- Strong customer service focus
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling software
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently under guided decision-making
