As an administrative leader, you will oversee the property in the absence of the Property Manager or General Manager. Additionally, you'll work closely with tenants, vendors and engineers, and learn valuable skills while drafting vital financial reports. This position is a great learning opportunity and can serve as a springboard to leadership roles in Property Management at JLL.What your day-to-day will look like:Assist with tenant communications and service requests, ensuring prompt response times and effective resolution of issuesSupport financial management activities including invoice processing, budget tracking, and preparation of monthly operating reportsCoordinate maintenance work orders with engineering teams and external contractors to maintain high property standardsConduct regular property walks and inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standardsAssist with lease administration tasks including document preparation, tenant move-in coordination, and file managementHelp facilitate tenant events and building communications to enhance community engagement and satisfactionAll other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operationsOn-site presence requiredComplete job description available on JLL's internal portalRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related fieldReal Estate license required within 6 months of hire date1-2 years of commercial property management experience with demonstrated success in tenant or resident relations1-2 years of experience in budgeting, invoicing and financial reportingStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProblem-solving mindset with ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically and effectivelyPreferred qualifications:Previous experience in commercial managementFamiliarity with property management software systems such as Yardi, MRI, or similar platformsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:68,000.00 – 74,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
