Driving new business activity, the full-time Channel Manager will manage a national production quota focused on generating qualified opportunities and increasing proposal volume through strategic channel partnerships, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and manage a national production quota tied to activity generation and proposal flow Drive targeted outbound activity to build pipeline and enhance proposal flow across channel partnerships Develop and execute channel strategies in collaboration with the Sales team to support new business growth Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in business development, channel management, or retirement/financial services Experience working with advisors, wholesalers, or distribution partners preferred Knowledge of defined contribution/retirement plan services strongly preferred Experience using CRM or pipeline management tools preferred
