Exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students across multiple schools in the Burlington, NC area for the 2026 school year. This full-time, contract position runs from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027, providing essential speech-language services in a flexible, collaborative environment.

As a Voco Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll work with a diverse student population, delivering therapeutic interventions and supporting educational outcomes via both in-person and virtual modalities. This role is perfect for professionals eager to make a difference in students’ lives while working across several school settings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Strong background supporting K-12 students with a range of speech and language needs
• Experience working in an educational or school-based setting preferred
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
• Proficient with virtual/teletherapy platforms and technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs
• Provide both direct and consultative SLP services on-site and/or through teletherapy
• Maintain thorough documentation, IEPs, and progress reports as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Travel between multiple school sites as needed within the Burlington area
