We're growing our Facilities team at Kelton Enterprises and are looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join us.

This multi-unit leadership role will oversee our maintenance technicians across Western New York and Rochester and support the day-to-day facility needs of our restaurants. We're looking for someone with initiative and strong working knowledge across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance .

What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will have experience managing facilities across multiple locations, including:

• Prioritizing maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion of repairs
• Coordinating the purchase and inventory of parts, materials, and equipment needed to minimize operational disruptions
• Sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with external vendors and contractors
• Managing expenditures while identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reporting
• Implementing preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment life and support restaurant operations
• Leading and developing a team of Facilities Technicians to ensure high performance and accountability

What We Offer

• Starting salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
