Production Worker Job Duties
Load and unload products from production feeders
Package finished materials into sleeves and containers
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Assemble boxes and prepare skids for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
Perform additional general labor and production duties as assigned
Schedule
6 PM – 6 AM
Rotating Schedule including weekends and holidays
Pay
$19.00 per hour
Production Worker Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and procedures
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
Comfortable working around machinery and in a loud production environment
Work Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing and production setting
Continuous use of hands and repetitive motion tasks
Exposure to moving mechanical parts and machinery
Required use of PPE including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection
