Part‑time or on‑call; may work weekends. Shifts start at 12 noon. Pay starts at $20 /hr and can increase to $28 /hr based on performance. Responsibilities Select, pull, and build accurate customer orders within a fast‑paced distribution center environment. Safely operate an electric pallet jack to transport and stage product. Build stable pallets according to company safety and quality standards. Perform heavy lifting while selecting and stacking product throughout the shift. Maintain order accuracy to meet productivity and shipment deadlines. Work collaboratively with selectors and warehouse team members to ensure on‑time order fulfillment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper equipment use and lifting techniques. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Meet attendance and scheduling requirements, including working every weekend with two weekday days off. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support distribution operations. Qualifications High School Diploma. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Experience working in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills. Detail oriented in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to multitask and work independently.
