HVAC Technician - Refrigeration - TS Resort Facilities

Job Requirements

Starting Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.75 hourly

Day shift available

• 6am to 2pm
• Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Our HVAC Technician is tasked with repairing, installing, and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, such as thermostats, furnaces, air ducts, and more.

What you will do as an HVAC Technician:
• Ensures the proper maintenance, installation and operation of HVAC equipment throughout the property.
• May function as a mentor for Level l Facilities Engineer-HVAC.
• Always takes the appropriate steps to properly charge refrigeration systems and safely handle refrigerant.

Work Experience

To be successful as an HVAC Technician, you'll need:
• A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma; required.
• A valid NYS driver's license; required
• 3 years or related experience and a Heating/AC Certificate (EPA Certification); required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with diplomacy and objectivity.

• The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
