Freight Dispatcher Admin

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Starting Pay: $19/hour with a pay increase after the probationary period

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freight Dispatcher Admin to coordinate daily routes, assign loads to drivers, and ensure timely and efficient delivery operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule, monitor, and track incoming orders; assign loads to appropriate drivers
• Coordinate service schedules with field crews and confirm arrival times with customers
• Manage and maintain driver settlements in collaboration with dispatch and settlement teams
• Prepare and deliver daily and weekly performance/KPI reports
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure 100% satisfaction
• Oversee drivers’ daily routes and make adjustments as needed
• Respond promptly and positively to customer calls to assess needs and schedule work orders effectively

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read maps and strong geographical knowledge of service areas
• Experience in trucking or brokerage dispatch preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and effective verbal communication in English
• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
