Software Quality Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX/Memphis, TN (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months

Seeking for a Software Quality Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions for a variety of platforms and technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to our AI-enhanced engineering pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop automated API and UI testing using Java with WebDriver and TestNG.
Perform Microservice and REST API testing and automation.
Conduct Kafka topic and consumer validations.
Apply AI-enabled quality engineering techniques for debugging and test case generation.
Utilize Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Stash for continuous integration and version control.
Build and deploy CI automation pipelines using Jenkins and Docker.
Perform Messaging and IVR testing as required.
Coordinate activities between US and remote testing teams.
Conduct performance testing of APIs using NoSQL databases and performance testing tools.

Skills:

Strong experience with test automation using Selenium, ReadyAPI, and Rest Assured.
Proficiency with testing frameworks and tools including JUnit, TestNG, and Postman.
Hands-on coding ability in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira and Bamboo.
Proficiency with Groovy scripting for use with JMeter and SoapUI.
Knowledge of cloud-based web application architecture with emphasis on AWS Cloud.
Experience using Selenium Grid for parallel test execution.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Must Have Skills/Qualifications:

2 years of experience with messaging/IVR testing.
4 years of experience building and deploying CI systems such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
5 years of experience in test automation development.
5 years of experience with REST and JSON APIs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification is a plus.
