Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical judgment. \n
- Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, integrating evidence-based methodologies to support progress. \n
- Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, applying therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. \n
- Provide psychoeducation to clients on coping strategies, self-care, and stress management, equipping them with the tools necessary for sustained personal development. \n
- Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the therapy process, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect their evolving needs. \n
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of client treatment, documenting progress notes and session summaries in a secure electronic health record (EHR) system. \n
- Engage in collaborative care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client health and well-being. \n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
