Senior Financial Analyst

Summary Senior Financial Analyst responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions at the home office in Corte Madera, CA. The role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. The analyst will support month-end close activities and prepare clear management reporting and presentations for leadership. Responsibilities Develop financial models and perform detailed analysis to support business initiatives and decision making. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes and update assumptions as needed. Prepare month-end close reconciliations, variance analysis, and KPI reporting. Create and present management reports and executive-level presentations. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide ad-hoc analysis and support business performance reviews. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance role. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. CPA, CFA, or advanced degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
