Responsibilities The Certified Surgical Technologist First Assist (CST‑FA) provides direct assistance to surgeons before, during, and after surgical procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician. This role combines advanced surgical technology skills with first‑assist responsibilities to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care in compliance with hospital policies, Texas regulations, and professional standards. Qualifications Job Requirements: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) preferred or CST with First Assist credential BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
