Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, prioritization, and execution for a portfolio of digital experiences within a large marketing website ecosystem and lead acquisition program.

The Product Manager will partner closely with business analysts, engineering teams, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to drive product direction, optimize customer experiences, and deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, and success metrics.
• Build and manage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring teams are focused on the highest-value initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify customer needs, business opportunities, and strategic investments.
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and business teams.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends, and business data to drive product decisions.
• Establish and measure key outcomes, performance metrics, and objectives.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across multiple teams.
• Remove roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and drive successful product delivery.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Required QualificationsProduct Strategy & Prioritization

• Demonstrated ability to define product vision and strategy.
• Experience evaluating trade-offs and prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact and business value.
• Strong roadmap development and backlog management experience.

Business & Technical Acumen

• Ability to connect customer needs, business objectives, data insights, and technology capabilities into a cohesive product strategy.
• Strong understanding of digital products, technology concepts, and business processes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams without direct management authority.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build consensus and drive results across multiple disciplines.

Experience

• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and outcome-focused plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within Agile product development environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital products, website platforms, marketing technology, or customer experience solutions.
• Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience best practices.
• Experience with digital experience optimization initiatives.

• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
