Für unseren Bereich Operations, Production Execution Team, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Operations Technician (w/m/d) / Maschineneinrichter (w/m/d)**.## Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten* Einrichtung und Wartung aller Abfüll- und Verpackungsanlagen im Zwei-Schicht-Betrieb* Wartung der Maschinen gemäß Wartungsplan* Durchführung von kleinen Reparaturen an den Maschinen sowie Störungsbeseitigung während der Produktion* Führung der Dokumentation gemäß GMP-Anforderung, Qualifizierungs- und Requalifizierungsunterlagen sowie der Herstellungsprotokolle* Verantwortlich für einen sauberen und funktionsfähigen Zustand der Formatteile* Bedienung der Füll- und Verpackungsanlagen für Liquida und halbfeste Formen unter Berücksichtigung der GMP-Regeln* Bestücken der Linie mit den Verpackungsmaterialien.* Durchführung von Inprozess-Kontrollen und deren Dokumentation* Bilanzierung der eingesetzten Materialien* Durchführung und Dokumentation der Start- und Endchecks* Koordination der Ver- und Entsorgung mit der Logistik## ## Ausbildung* Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise zum Mechaniker (w/m/d), Elektriker (w/m/d), Mechatroniker (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation## ## Erfahrung* Erfahrung in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie unter GMP-Bedingungen wären wünschenswert## ## Spezielle Kenntnisse* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick* Gute Kenntnisse in einschlägigen EDV-Anwendungen, z.B.
