The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed healthcare organization in Manchester, TN and we are looking to hire a Materials Management Clerk to supports the day-to-day operations of the Purchasing Department, including ordering, receiving, shipping, distribution, storage, telecommunications, printing and duplication, and other assigned duties.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Nights

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Place orders and receive and distribute supplies and equipment
  
• Maintain files for purchase orders, logs, and receipts
  
• Organize the department and ensure adequate supply levels are maintained
  
• Ensure chargeable supply items are properly labelled
  
• Assist with forwarding patient charges as needed
  
• Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned
  

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory, or departmental support preferred
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
  
• Ability to maintain accurate records, files, logs, and receipts
  
• Ability to monitor supply levels and maintain adequate inventory
  
• Strong attention to detail when handling orders, supplies, and chargeable items
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other departments
  
• Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability
  
• Ability to work independently and perform additional duties as assigned
