(EASI) where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.We offer:Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global networkTraining and development programs to take your career to the next levelComprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)ResponsibilitiesHow will you make an impact?Responsibilities include:Works in the Accessory Shop and is responsible for the repair, overhaul, inspection of sub-assemblies removed from aircraft.Tasks must be completed in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable Federal regulations; the Repairman will work closely with A & P mechanics to ensure compliance.Assures that the shop and/or work area is maintained in a safe and orderly manner at all times.In this role, a Repairman must have attention to detail.QualificationsWho are we looking for?Requirements include:Minimum age: 18High school diploma, GED, or International equivalentDemonstrated knowledge of basic shop skillsWorking knowledge and the ability to operate a variety of tools including power toolsPossess a valid driver's licenseWilling and able to relocate, at your own expense, to the location in which you have appliedAbility to lift items weighing up to 60 lbs.Ability to drive/operate vehicles and equipmentWilling and able to work in a high noise level environmentWilling and able to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days offPossess the legal right to work in the United StatesMust be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languagePlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
