Sales and Loan Associate / Pawnbroker

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated team player to join our Troutman Jewelry and Loan Pawn store at our Troutman Location as a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate! Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team Accurately handle cash and transactions Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products along with other actions around the store as needed Qualifications Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided) Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math #J-18808-Ljbffr Pledge Financial LLC
