Inside Sales Representative Blue Cardinal Home Services Group — Corporate · Dallas, TX Overview Every day, technicians across the Blue Cardinal family of companies leave estimates for equipment replacements and repairs that homeowners haven't acted on yet. The Inside Sales Representative owns that follow-up: reconnecting with those customers by phone, text, and email, answering their questions, and turning open estimates into booked jobs. This role sits at corporate and supports all Blue Cardinal companies across multiple markets, working closely with sales department leadership and local operations teams. Responsibilities Follow up on open estimates for equipment replacements and repairs across all Blue Cardinal companies in a timely manner Contact customers by phone, text, and email; answer questions, address objections, and guide them to a decision Coordinate with local operations teams to confirm pricing, financing options, scheduling, and installation availability Log every interaction and outcome accurately in the CRM/field software so local teams have a complete record Perform at or above benchmark KPIs set by the sales department and operations leadership, including contact rate, close rate, and response time Attend one in-office meeting per week as scheduled by sales department leadership Apply discounting only within standard parameters set by the sales department Share customer feedback and recurring objections with sales leadership to improve estimate presentation in the field Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, phone sales, or high-volume customer-facing experience; home services, HVAC, or plumbing background strongly preferred Proven ability to close over the phone and hit measurable targets Comfortable managing a high volume of follow-ups across multiple companies and markets without dropping threads Clear, confident written and verbal communication Experience with a CRM or field service platform (ServiceTitan preferred) Organized, self-directed, and reliable working independently between weekly in-office meetings Why Join Us Base salary plus uncapped commission on the sales you close Steady flow of warm leads — you're following up on estimates our technicians already delivered, not cold calling Support the full Blue Cardinal portfolio across Texas and beyond, with growth into sales leadership as the corporate sales function expands Medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match; paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Cardinal Home Services Group
