HR Generalist: Leave, Compliance & Onboarding Support
Equipment Depot
Equipment Depot is seeking an HR Generalist to administer employee leave programs and accommodations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role will serve as a HR liaison for employees, managers, and vendors throughout the leave lifecycle and develop SOPs and process documentation. The position also acts as a back-up for onboarding and handles all terminations according to state guidelines, with collaboration on benefits and COBRA as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equipment Depot
