Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Deliver dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining exceptional service.
- Memorize menu descriptions and drop lines for each dish.
- Navigate a fast-paced environment and comfortably handle stairs throughout service.
- Work closely with the kitchen preparing all mise for each dish.
- Maintain a polished and professional presence in both casual and fine-dining settings.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous food runner or front-of-house experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and ability to describe dishes accurately.
- Comfortable working on two floors and navigating stairs frequently.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an elevated guest experience.
