Bike Shop Service Manager: Lead, Develop & Delight

Trek Westlake Village is seeking a Service Manager to lead our store's Service Center. You will oversee workflow, staffing of mechanics, and KPIs to ensure the best customer experience, while integrating sales and service with Trek's hospitality. As primary service advisor, you'll train the team, engage customers, manage costs, keep orders organized, and ensure the right bikes are built and delivered. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to help the shop and sales teams succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr trekbikes
