About the Position

Duration: Long-term

Shift: (1:45 pm - 10:15 pm) working every 3rd weekend

Job Description:

• Interact with Individuals with developmental disabilities and provide direct care as required.
• Regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work site based on work schedule assigned; work overtime or other
• shifts and/or work assignments to provide coverage for the facility when directed by management.
• Provide nursing care, and to plan, implement, and evaluate health care provided to Individuals served.
• Complete quarterly physical examination of Individuals and assessment of medication side effects.
• Document physical assessments of all reported injuries and illness and determine the appropriate intervention.
• Provide emergency first aid, CPR, administration of oxygen, and oral suctioning.
• Administer medications/treatments correctly and accurately.
• Accurately transcribe and note medication orders.
• Successfully complete all required training.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, Individuals, public, and other team members.

Requirements

• RN License IA
• BLS by AHA or CPR by American red cross
