Job Details Salary: $120,000 - $275,000 per year Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and, when necessary, trial. Analyze complex financial, property, custody, and support issues. Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other professionals. Develop creative settlement strategies while maintaining strong litigation readiness. Provide thoughtful, strategic, and highly responsive client service. Qualifications Active California State Bar membership and good standing. 3+ years of family law experience preferred. Strong knowledge of California family law and procedure. Excellent legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage complex matters and competing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and sound judgment. Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach.
