Management Trainee PositionsEssential functions include producing annual budgets, overseeing goals, working with sales and inventory managers, processing orders, overseeing nursery marketing, assisting with purchasing, keeping track of inventory, developing pesticide programs, hiring and training employees, maintaining safety awareness, and providing customer care.Experience/skills required include the ability to coordinate multiple activities, identify and solve problems, work under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
