You will guide clients through the early stages of their personal injury cases. If you have past experience as a PI case manager, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage pre-suit personal injury cases in a fast team setting. Talk to clients often and update them on their case progress. Request and gather medical bills and records. Review case files and track key deadlines. Help out with general office tasks as needed. What You Need: Proven personal injury experience — if you’ve been a PI Case, with at least 2 years with your own caseload, you will hit the ground running. A solid grasp of Florida car insurance laws . Exceptional communication skills — with attorneys, clients, and insurance companies. Obsessive attention to detail, organized systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-reward environment.
