Overview
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) travel assignment in Lodi, California. Start date 11/09/2026 for a 12-week contract. Weekly pay $685-$704 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in the OR according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia team, and other disciplines using critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative cycle, including preparation, intraoperative support, and postoperative considerations as needed.
- Document patient status and care activities accurately; ensure proper adherence to sterile technique and equipment readiness; collaborate with the broader surgical team.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families as appropriate, and provide essential post-anesthesia and recovery care guidance.
- This position is represented by CNA.

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Operating Room nursing experience is preferred
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Ability to work evenings and fulfill the 40-hour workweek in the OR setting
- Evidence of good standing and eligibility to practice as an RN in California
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary surgical team and to follow perioperative protocols
