Job Description
Poke Bar in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a part time team member to join our fun and established team. We are located on 5273 W Olympic Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, able to work in a fast paced environment, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive demeanor to customers and other staff members at all time.
- Prepare customer orders quickly and efficiently by walking customers through the different ways to customize a Poke Bowl.
- Prepare online orders in an timely manner.
- Collect and handle credit card and cash transactions, ensuring a balanced register at the end of the day.
- Clean work area (stock, clean, sweep, wipe and mop) throughout the shift.
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow directions and instructions from Manager and other team members.
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with upset customers or customer complaints.
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to work in a fast paced food service environment and juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Good communication skills with customers
- Practice clean hygiene and safe food preparation practices at all time.
Training will be provided along with tips.
