Manatee Memorial Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs.

Job Summary: The RN – OR SDS assumes the responsibility and accountability for providing safe and competent direct/indirect nursing care for all patients needs in accordance with Manatee Health policies, procedures and standards and philosophy and provides professional leadership and support to health team members. The RN – OR coordinates multi-disciplinary team members, directs and educates other nursing team members to provide and facilitate optimal health care outcomes. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
